Job Description

DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Business Development Executive

with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at

Cyberjaya.



Responsibilities :

Respond to stockist and mobile stockist inquiries and complaints via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Handle and process orders from stockists through the company website (E-world), Online Billing System (OBS), and WhatsApp. Plan and implement effective strategies to increase stockist sales. Update and maintain the latest stockist information accurately. Collect testimonials and feedback from stockists and mobile stockists. Ensure compliance with SOPs, processes, and strategies in daily stockist and mobile stockist operations to achieve quality results. Prepare sales and stockist/mobile stockist database reports. Manage and follow up on stockist and mobile stockist inquiries. Collaborate with the superior on product launches and sales strategies. Inform stockists and mobile stockists about ongoing promotions to encourage purchases and increase sales.

Requirements :

Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or Communications or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple challenges and task concurrently. Command of office tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary. Good interpersonal relationship and social skill. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Have working experience in sales/customer service position will be advantages.
