Job Description

Salary: MYR 3,000 - MYR 4,000 Per Month + Commission

Location: KL City, WP Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

On-site & Operations Support:

Conduct projects to engage with on-site staff and assist in daily operations.

Provide hands-on support for transactions and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Identify and address recurring operational issues.

Recruitment & HR Support:

Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies.

Support recruitment channels and handle client queries.

BD Specialist & Partner Support:

Assist in onboarding new partners and ensure a smooth integration process.

Provide services to clients and handle their needs.

Update and communicate project activities and environments to stakeholders.

Data & Reporting:

Prepare and revise reports to ensure accuracy.

Prepare timely monthly reports on performance and insights.

Organize and manage short contracts, ensuring timely follow-up.

Market Feedback:

Gather feedback from team staff to improve operations.

Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
