Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to grow sales and partnerships for Smartboard and hardware products. This role involves working with government bodies, schools, universities, and industry clients across Malaysia.
Key Duties
Find and develop new business with government agencies, ministries, schools, colleges, and universities.
Promote Smartboard and hardware products through demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
Build good relationships with decision-makers, procurement officers, and business partners.
Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to meet customer needs.
Handle the full sales process, from finding leads to closing deals, including tenders and negotiations.
Keep track of market trends, competitors, and government digital education programs.
Attend and represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and public-sector events.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT hardware, education technology, or government projects.
Basic knowledge of government tenders and procurement processes.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Willing to travel for meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
