HVC Business in Malaysia has 2 entities: Malaysia Hoya Lens and Hoya Manufacturing Malaysia. There are 20 sales team in Malaysian Hoya Lens, and this position is to support Commercial team for both entities. Malaysian Hoya Lens Sdn Bhd is looking for dynamic individuals with at least 2 years of experience especially in Medical / Healthcare or Optical Industry. An attractive remuneration package (Basic + Allowance + Commission + Incentive) and internal progression awaits the successful candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide effective territory sales coverage to retailers Generate sales growth with the achievement of Key Performance Indicators. Achieve territory coverage through effective planning of sales calls and call frequencies. Identify new sales opportunities in both existing and new customers. Build strong relations with key customers for long-term growth. Achieve strong implementation of sales and marketing strategies. REQUIREMENTS : Preferably with at least 1-2 years sales experience. Preferably work experience with Medical and Healthcare products or Optical companies Proficient in Microsoft Office. Language: Mandarin & English. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply as training will provided. COMPETENCIES : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong team player with ability to work independently.
