Responsible for developing the company's client relationships in the corporate HR services sector.
Develop new business opportunities, follow up with potential clients, and maintain existing client relationships.
Drive growth in the company's recruitment outsourcing, consulting, and training services.
Develop potential clients and establish long-term partnerships.
Promote the company's HR outsourcing, recruitment, and consulting services.
Conduct business negotiations with clients, prepare quotes and proposals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and develop sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal recruiting and project teams to ensure accurate execution of client needs.
Regularly report business progress and sales results to management.
Age 30+ (Business/HR/Marketing majors preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to independently develop clients and maintain relationships.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
