What We're Looking For:
Malaysian citizen
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
1-3 years experience in sales, business development, or client management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Comfortable with presentations, client meetings, and market research
Strong analytical, planning, and follow-up abilities
Possesses own transport and willing to travel when required
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and client onboarding
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and business networking sessions
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure long-term relationship growth
