The Branded Independent Workshop Business Development Executive (BIWS) reports to BIWS Channel Marketing Manager under the Lubricants Marketing Trade Marketing Team. BIWSHs will be based at B2Ci Distributor's Offices and is responsible as company representatives to develop and manage the performance of Branded Independent Workshop Programmes.
Onboarding, delivery, and E2E execution of company's 2019 BIWS program structure
Work closely with dedicated BIWS DSR to recruit, shortlist potential workshops for conversion and provide business case justification and validation of potential
Develop and monitor planned marketing programs for each subsegment
Monitor and track performance to ensure ROI on BIWS channel
Delivery of marketing support for BIWS channel including BIWS Training, BIWS signage, BIWS uniforms
Ensure merchandising as per company standards
Training and professional service delivery to meet the company's Service Standards
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have at least a diploma in any field
Sales/ Key Account Manager/Sales Manager or Trade Marketing/Channel Marketing
Sales/Marketing/Business/Engineering
Previous exposure to Lubricant Sales or Auto Sales Aftermarket or FMCG (cigarettes, consumer goods) salesforce
Mobile and willing to work flexible hours
Comfortable to operate independently
Driving License
English/Malay/Mandarin speaker
The candidate will need to conduct market visits outside KL but will be based out of HQ at KL.
Willing to travel to Kepong, Johor Bahru, Kuala Trengganu, Kota Bahru, Sg Besar, Alor Setar, Kulim, KK, Tawau, Sandakan Kuching, Miri, Sibu, Bintulu.*
