Identify potential customers and businesses that may benefit from the company's training services. Conduct outbound calls to introduce training programs, create interest, and secure meetings with prospective clients. Set appointments and conduct meetings with clients to understand their training needs and offer customized solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business. Achieve sales targets and KPIs by consistently following up with leads and closing sales. Prepare and present proposals to clients based on their training requirements. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Participate in sales and marketing campaigns to generate more leads. Monitor training sessions on-site to ensure smooth operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as a point of contact during training days to address any client concerns and provide assistance as needed. Stay updated with industry trends and the company's training offerings to effectively position services to customers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
