As a Business Development Executive for Hotel Management System Solution, you will; Develop your consulting sales techniques to identify, nurture and close complex deals and navigate many client contacts and their political landscape while executing the account plans. Develop cross-sector go-to-market strategy in close alignment with the Digital Customer\xe2\x80\x99s Offering Portfolios Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to develop programs that continually enhance and improve the industry knowledge and solutions selling skills. Job description for a Business Development Executive: 1. Identify and research potential markets, industries, and clients to target for business growth. 2. Generate leads and actively prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms. 3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies, nurturing and expanding the company\'s network. 4. Understand the needs and requirements of clients and propose suitable solutions or services to meet their objectives. 5. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company\'s products or services and demonstrating their value. 6. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements for both the company and the client. 7. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. 8. Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed revenue goals set by the company. 9. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including sales pipelines, client meetings, and revenue forecasts, to management.
