Job Description

We seek a Business Development Executive for our prestigious IT Services & Consulting client. This is a remote position based in Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaKey Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities through cold and warm prospecting.
• Accompany Co-Founders to meet potential customers and develop new relationships.
• Lead sales calls, and meetings and deliver B2B sales to potential clients
• Maintain existing relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Build processes that optimize the retention of clients after they join our ecosystem.
• Lead the execution of initiatives that enhance the value of the company\'s ecosystem.
• Take the lead on optimizing digital marketing efforts across existing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Blog) and new platforms to increase brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications:

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management.
• Take ownership of their work and have a strong bias to action.
• Able to follow through with tasks assigned in a structured manner.
• Able to multitask - this role requires a lot of juggling and the ability to prioritize smartly.
• Should be a wizard at language, and not afraid to speak to corporate decision-makers. Know when to use a casual tone and when to switch to formal.
• Relish in being creative and coming up with crazy ideas and pushing boundaries is your kind of thing.
• Intrinsically motivated to learn.
• Work well in a team as well as independently when required.
• A high degree of self-motivation, the ability to cope with rejections, and a drive to flourish in a new environment will set you apart.
• Must have the legal right to work in Malaysia.
