Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

to join our team and help grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand client hiring needs and offer recruitment solutions. Pitch recruitment services and negotiate terms of business. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery to clients. Maintain CRM records and track all sales activities and leads.

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales or business development (experience in recruitment or HR industry is a strong advantage). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the recruitment cycle and market trends.
