Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, with a passion for building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional in-person client meetings as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business strategies
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client communications
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Communication skill
Fluency in Malay
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
Nice to Have:
Experience in [industry-specific field if applicable, e.g., IT, SaaS, B2B services]
Familiarity with remote working tools and practices
