We are seeking a matured or experienced, skilled PR and motivated
Business Development Executive
and
Manager
who will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through securing new market retail such as supermarket, frozen mart, fresh mart, grocery stores, convenient outlet and Hotel restaurant cafe, establishing strong client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. You will work closely with senior management, clients, and internal teams to expand our imported, local, processed meat products and achieve company business goals.
Our company has been a successful manufacturing and process of meat based F&B company since 2022. Our brand Awesome Meats is already in the outlets and continue to grow with new products line-up to cater the growing Halal JAKIM in the market.
Essential Selection Criteria:
? Experience and proven success in retail sales and marketing F&B products.
? Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and marketing.
? Established network of contacts within retail stores, supermarket, convenient outlet.
? Successful track record in securing new clients or outlet/ market.
? Must be able to work under pressure in fast moving environment.
? Able to work independently to achieve predetermined KPI's.

Personal Attributes: -
? Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or Marketing or Finance and Accounting.
? Good PR skills.
? Effective skills using Microsoft suite of programs.
? Ability to fluently speak, read and write in English is required.
