Provide clear guidance on products, compensation structure, business model, and company systems.
Deliver regular training sessions (both online and offline) on product knowledge, usage, and health/beauty benefits.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new agents and distributors to ensure a smooth start.
Collect feedback from the field and share insights to enhance internal systems and processes.
Represent the company at roadshows, seminars, webinars, and other business-building activities.
Requirements:
At least 1-3 years of experience in MLM, preferably within the wellness or beauty industry.
Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin to engage effectively with diverse distributor groups.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales-driven mindset.
Must have own transportation and be open to traveling locally and abroad.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
