We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses mainly on sales prospecting and client acquisition -- finding new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping the company achieve its growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research, referrals, etc.)
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress.
Present company products and services effectively to potential clients
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions to meet their requirements
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate as in-house talent for photoshoots, videos, and promotional content on social media.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 1-3 years of working experience in sales, business development, or related roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in Creative / Accounting services is an added advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
