Compensation: RM 3,000 base + 10% commission per closed client

Slash Studios is a boutique creative and digital marketing agency working across brands in F&B, sustainability, tech, lifestyle, and education. From strategy and social media to campaigns and websites, we help purpose-driven businesses tell their stories with clarity and edge.

We're now looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us grow our client base by finding the right leads, starting meaningful conversations, and booking meetings with potential clients. You'll be working directly with the founder in a fast-moving, collaborative setup where ideas and initiative matter more than hierarchy.

What You'll Do

Research and identify potential clients across industries (F&B, education, EV, startups, lifestyle brands, etc.) Reach out to decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and networking platforms Draft and personalize outreach messages (with support from the founder on tone and templates) Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings Maintain a simple lead tracker and follow-up pipeline Support proposal coordination (you don't have to close, but you'll help move the lead along)
What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience in business development and lead generation(preferably in a marketing, creative, or startup environment) Strong written communication and outreach skills Comfortable working independently. You'll have guidance, not handholding Organized, proactive, and unafraid to reach out cold Basic understanding of marketing, social media, or agency work is a bonus
Compensation

Base: RM 3,000/month Commission: 10% commission per closed client
