Job Description

The

Business Development Executive

is responsible for driving client acquisition, managing sales activities, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves direct engagement with prospective clients, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of services.

Responsibilities:



1. Client Engagement & Lead Management



Supervise the daily lead follow-up process, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all client inquiries. Conduct consultative meetings with prospects to understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare and review service proposals, quotations, and business presentations in alignment with company policies. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners to ensure repeat and referral business.

2. Sales Operations



Review and validate all quotations, proposals, and agreements before submission to clients to maintain accuracy and compliance. Maintain clear and updated sales records, ensuring data consistency across all internal platforms. Coordinate with internal teams (company secretarial, compliance, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

3. Team Supervision & Training



Lead and provide support in daily sales activities. Review team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to enhance productivity.

4. Reporting & Performance Review



Prepare and analyze sales metrics to identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.

5. Business Development & Market Expansion



Actively participate in networking events, seminars, and client meetings to expand the company's market presence. Support the development of strategic partnerships with trust companies, legal firms, and professional intermediaries.

Qualifications & Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Law, Secretary, Accounting& finance, Marketing, Engineering or related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, business development, or corporate services industry. Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) are compulsory. Strong understanding of corporate, Labuan, or offshore business structures is an advantage. Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
