We provide training, coaching, and consultation using alternative approaches such as experiential learning and Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques. Our training methodologies have been tested and used not only in Malaysia, but also in Europe and the USA. Role Description As a Business Development Executive , you will be responsible for the following: Sales Growth : Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Client Relationship Managemen t: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and threats. Provide regular market analysis for decision-making. Proposal Development : Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients. Negotiation : Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, securing favorable terms and conditions. Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand the company\'s network and visibility. Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management. Qualifications Proven experience in new business development, lead generation, account management, and business communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and cross-functionally Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders Experience in the training/consulting industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field
