Overview: The core responsibilities are to assist business development manager to achieve targets set in sales revenue, customer satisfaction and KPI.
s:

• Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target
• Responsible for carrying out prospecting calls/send promotional emails to customers and overseas agents
• Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s freight transportation services
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution
• To seek for opportunities of business developments for both air and sea freight in Malaysia and Vietnam
• Travel to local or overseas when necessary to build business relationships with agents/partners.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferable major in logistics, business administration, marketing, logistics and/or supply chain management.
• At least 2 -3 year(s) of working experience in Sales in logistics or supply chain industry is required for this position.
• Strong industry knowledge, logistics requirements, market trend and proven sales track record.
• Must have excellent selling, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable ability to liaise with vendors, agents and manage customers.
• Ability to works independently and handle multiple projects.
• Good computer proficiency in MS Office and able to deliver presentations tailored to the client needs.
• Priority will be given to those candidates who are able to start work immediately.
