We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Business Development Executive based in our Tricor Management Services Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Reporting to the Executive Director, Business Development. this full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our business and its\' growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales
  • Implement and follow the company\'s strategies, values, and goals
  • Set up sales meetings with potential clients
  • Contact customers, requiring effective written and verbal communication and the ability to build customer rapport while managing their expectations
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients and business associates, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Prepare the proposal and negotiate/close deals
  • Ensuring clients are connected to our professional service team and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Cross selling our services to clients and Tricor service team
  • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
  • Liaising with PR agencies, coordinate in drafting press releases and event planning
  • Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.
  • Perform any task / project as and when instructed by the superior
Key requirements:
  • Must be at least Degree or possess equivalent qualification
  • Must have at least 2 years relevant working experience.
  • General knowledge of services provided by the Company
  • Knowledge of closing sales and office administration
  • General knowledge of services provided by the Company
  • Possess excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Strong project management and administrative skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong computer/systems literacy (database and email marketing)
  • Sales and Customer service experience
  • Deal competently with the people and problem they encounter
