Overview:

In this role you will be responsible for developing sales network and collaborate directly with the sales division from our Singapore counterpart (Applied Engineering Pte Ltd - SG) in Malaysia. You will be working remotely, while services and meeting client on-site where you would required to attend work meetings at Singapore office occasionally.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the sales of oil & gas and offshore products. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development to contract closure and post sales service support - ensuring excellent client satisfaction and retention. Develop regional sales and project strategies, aligned with company objectives; by preparing & delivering weekly accurate sales reports, job planning and monthly management updates, providing insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance. Identify, pursue new business opportunities, key accounts, potential market segments to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key industry players--clients, consultants, contractors, classification societies, and relevant government bodies/agencies. Review project specifications, drawing and requirement for costing preparation. Liaise with the various operational and technical teams to study the feasibility enquiry. Perform material take-off, sourcing and mechanical calculations.
Qualifications

Minimum diploma or degree in Engineering or relevant field of study. Minimum 3 years (Executive) and 5 years (Managerial) of relevant experience, Candidates with oil & gas background is preferred. Good understanding of engineering principles and have good product knowledge. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Have good business acumen.
