Job Description

Salary: Up to MYR 4,000

Location: Kuala Lumpur, WP Kuala Lumpur

Requirements:

Experience in business development, preferably in the education/financial/medical fields.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficiency in client relationship management.

Analytical skills for using data in decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Conceive and implement strategies to drive business outcomes within the assigned sector.

Develop and execute plans to promote services, attract new clients, and build strong relationships.

Create and manage programs to meet industry standards and client needs.

Secure contracts and build relationships within the target market.

Prepare proposals and present them to potential clients.

Use data-driven sources to generate regular performance reports.

Represent the company at industry events and seminars.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive ongoing opportunities.
