- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in property management.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferable.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Personal transportation is a must.

- Basic Salary + Commission: RM 2,500 - RM 8,000 per month
- 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
- 6 days per week, including 5 days in the office and 1 day work from home
