Business Development Executive

to help grow our network and shape the future of urban mobility and parking solutions. If you enjoy connecting with others, spotting opportunities, and making deals happen -- this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing

Spot new business opportunities through market research and networking. Generate leads, follow up on potential clients, and turn conversations into partnerships. Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to share how our solutions can make a difference. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that work for them. Work from a targeted prospect list to secure long-term partnerships for our car park business. Make sure business surveys and proposals meet project and department standards. Represent the company with confidence -- whether face-to-face, on the phone, or online.

What You'll Need to Succeed

A

Diploma or higher

in any field.

1-2 years of experience

in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, or related areas (corporate sales is a bonus!). Strong communication and negotiation skills -- you're confident presenting and building relationships. Comfortable in

Bahasa Malaysia

and

English

. Mandarin and those speak Hokkein are a big plus! Outgoing, self-driven, and able to work independently. Have your own transportation and ready to travel to meet potential clients and landlords.
