Business Development Executive (perak)
Job Description
Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales
?Must possess at least a partial insurance license (either PCIL or TBE)
1.? ?Market and sell a wide range of Bank Products suitable to client's needs.
2.? ?To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target .
3.? ?To provide professional advice and appropriate financial products based on bank client needs.
4.? ?Work with Branch Manager (BM) and Banca Business Manager (BBM) to ensure sales activities are in line with business direction.
5.? ?To ensure client satisfaction and provide excellent service after sales.
6.? ?To plan promptly on all leads and follow up activities.
7.? ?Review performance with Branch Manager.
