Job Description

We are urgently looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive with strong communication skills to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

New Outlet and Renewal

Assist in new tenancy management, ensuring all documentation including Letter of Offer, Booking Fee, Deposit, Stamped Tenancy Agreement and CCC-related matters are duly completed and signed. Coordinate and follow up on tenancy administrative matters. Liaising with solicitors, insurance agents, local authorities, and relevant internal stakeholders. Conduct basic negotiations with landlords on renewals, relocations, closures, and other operational matters. Ensure the Group Tenancy Listing is accurately maintained and updated at all times. Develop and maintain good relationships with landlords and property owners, providing support on all leasing-related matters. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Roadshow

Assist in event coordination, including processing of Letter of Offer, Deposit, and work permit applications with shopping malls. Coordinate and follow up with external parties (shopping malls, contractors) and internal departments (such as Marketing) on related matters. Assist in sourcing suitable roadshow venues with shopping malls. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Licensing

Ensure that all trademark listings, business licenses, and partition licenses are properly maintained and kept up to date.

What We're Looking For

Possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any fields or equivalent. At least 1-2 years of working experiences in tenancy administration, retail property management, legal assistant or similar. Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage. Competent with using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Applicant who are available immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.
