Job Role: Business Development Executive (Finance Background) Job Responsibilities: As a Business Development Executive with a finance background and at least two years of experience, your role will revolve around driving the growth and expansion of the E-Wallet product within the market. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify potential markets, target audiences, and competitors within the E-Wallet industry. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and regulatory changes. 2. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, such as retailers, businesses, and other potential partners who can benefit from integrating the E-Wallet product into their operations. 3. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Leverage these relationships to foster business growth and identify new opportunities. 4. Product Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the E-Wallet product to potential clients. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the benefits and features of the product. 5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. Continuously evaluate and refine strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics. 6. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team. Job Requirements: 1. A bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 2. At least two years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the finance or fintech industry. Experience with e-wallets, mobile payment solutions, or financial technology products is highly advantageous. 3. Strong understanding of the e-wallet industry, digital payment trends, and the broader financial services landscape. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively is essential. 5. Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable strategies. 6. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of a product or business. 7. Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving industry, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences. 8.
