  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience in Sales.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, and additional languages may be a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the warehouse fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry\'s dynamics, trends, and key players.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse fulfillment, logistics, and e-commerce operations and processes.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Analytical mindset to gather and interpret market data and insights.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Valid driver\'s license (if required for client visits and business travel).

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Presents and demonstrates company products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Negotiates and closes sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms with clients.
  • Builds and nurtures long-term relationships with key accounts and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborates with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services to clients.
  • Stays updated on industry developments, market trends, and emerging technologies relevant to warehouse fulfilment, logistics, and e-commerce.
  • Provides regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
  • Achieves and exceeds sales targets and objectives set by the company.
