Requirements
1.Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2.Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, export sales, or regional marketing (preferably in FMCG or trading industry).
3.Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
4.Independent, self-driven, and willing to travel across SEA countries when necessary.
5.Able to think strategically and adapt to multicultural business environments.
Responsibilities
1.Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia markets.
2.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, partners, and clients.
3.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
4.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales strategies to potential partners.
5.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth execution.
6.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall regional business growth.
7.Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and regional business events when required.
