Develop and expand the company's customer base within the
Selangor region
.
Conduct
field visits
, sales presentations, and client meetings to promote company services/products.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up on leads.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales KPIs and revenue targets
.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic planning.
Provide weekly reports on sales activities, pipelines, and market insights.
Collaborate with internal departments (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in
Business Development, Sales, or Field Marketing
(preferably 1-3 years).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Able to travel frequently within the
Selangor area
(own transport preferred).
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, strong initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
