Responsibilities:
\xe2\x96\xaa Responsible for promoting and selling company\xe2\x80\x99s medical devices.
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide after-sales support and Conduct Educational Presentations (CME) to the targeted customers.
\xe2\x96\xaa Meet/exceed sales objectives (sales target, KPIs) set by the Management.
\xe2\x96\xaa Engage key account customers, source out new accounts and other business opportunities.
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide excellent service through product knowledge, application support, handling inquiries and eventual sales order.
\xe2\x96\xaa Managing product lines from strategic planning to tactical activities, keep Management informed on current market updates, projects and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities.
\xe2\x96\xaa Participating actively in sales meeting, scientific conference and exhibition.
Agencies Responsibilities
\xe2\x96\xaa Sales and Marketing plans to improve the agencies\xe2\x80\x99 sales through marketing activities.
\xe2\x96\xaa Training for relevant staffs.
\xe2\x96\xaa Correspondence and develop rapport with principals and customers.
\xe2\x96\xaa Determine market requirement and push towards making a \xe2\x80\x98real\xe2\x80\x99 and significant sales impact in the market.
\xe2\x96\xaa To provide guidelines and feedback on status of agencies to determine appropriate strategies and significant sales success.
\xe2\x96\xaa Demonstration of product to potential end-users.
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide regular updates on sales and planning activities.
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide and liaise on user application training, attending exhibition and liaising with oversea principals.
Product and Territory Development
\xe2\x96\xaa Devote time to develop new products\xe2\x80\x99 potential and \xe2\x80\x98new\xe2\x80\x99 territories.
\xe2\x96\xaa Proactive marketing to sensitive responses (Budget sensitive, instrument placement, Service response).
\xe2\x96\xaa Monitor instrument sales and placement.
\xe2\x96\xaa Handling customer\xe2\x80\x99s issue/complaints.
\xe2\x96\xaa Other duties as assigned as and when required by the management.
Application Responsibilities
\xe2\x96\xaa Conduct user training
\xe2\x96\xaa Conduct Field Sales Personnel training where relevant.
\xe2\x96\xaa Conduct evaluations and correlation of analytes testing.
\xe2\x96\xaa Responsible for after-sales technical issues.
\xe2\x96\xaa Troubleshooting of instrument, reagent, QC, patient results.
\xe2\x96\xaa Adaptation of reagents on to instruments in customers\xe2\x80\x99 premise.

Requirements:

Candidate with Degree in Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Animal Science, Animal Health or equivalent.

-Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

-A team-player who is resourceful and able to multask.

-Applicants must be Malaysia Citizens.

-Possess own transport and willing to travel (with a valid driving license).
