Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Whale Fusion Sdn Bhd, the developer of the Staywhale App--a digital property management platform that helps operators and tenants manage rentals, utilities, and accounting through automation and paperless workflows.

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the growth of Staywhale by identifying potential markets, developing client relationships, and supporting the expansion of our PropTech solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets for the Staywhale App. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and property operators. Promote and present Staywhale's PropTech solutions to prospective customers. Support business expansion initiatives and contribute to sales growth strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Gather market insights and feedback to improve products and business strategies. Such other scope as may be determined by the Employer from time to time

Qualifications

New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Communication and Account Management skills Experience in business development, sales, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the property investment industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply!

Job Requirements :

STPM / Diploma in Business/ Communications or any related field. Required language(s): English & Mandarin Candidates fluent in

Mandarin
