Business Development Executive

Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business Exploring funding options, securing investments, or identifying grant opportunities Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities Maintaining client activities in CRM Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client specific business needs Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up Developing rapport with key decision makers Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings Track and analyst sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field. 4+ years of experience in sales or business development roles. Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Adapt in networking, project management and problem-solving. Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth. Ability to adapt to the company's culture effectively and lead other teams Willing to travel
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
