Job Description

Job Summary:


Identifies new business opportunities, builds client relationships, and drives sales growth in the furniture manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and export markets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and project partners.

Prepare and present company profiles, quotations, and project proposals.

Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and potential growth areas.

Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote LERA's products.

Prepare regular sales reports and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:



Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in furniture or manufacturing industry).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
