Key Responsibilities
Assist with product-oriented tasks and support for new and current Company product ( Power Tools)
Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Visit customers / sites to gather insights.
Execute product and branding strategies -- help roll out implementation plans for promotions, events, trade shows, launches, roadshows, brand demos / presentations.
Support after-sales customer service: resolving user issues, liaising with service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Plan and manage trade or promotional activities, product launches, roadshows, professional demonstrations, seminars, safety talks.
Monitor and analyze market and competitor's behavior; provide feedback and suggestions for business / product improvement.
Support sales team: help in lead generation, follow-ups, preparing proposals / quotations. Work closely with sales to meet targets. (although the advertised job seems more brand-/marketing-oriented than pure closing role)
Take accountability for brand performance in assigned areas; track and report on KPI's such as brand awareness, market coverage, sales contribution / growth.
Perform any ad hoc assignments directed by immediate superior.
