RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

First contact point for potential clients inquiring via WhatsApp about pre-need memorial services. Engage leads in a professional, empathetic manner and convert inquiries into appointments or confirmed sales by providing accurate information, emotional support, and timely follow-ups. Handle inbound WhatsApp messages from advertising campaigns, website, and social media. Qualify customer interest based on intent, budget, and need (pre-need or at-need). Provide professional consultation on packages, pricing, and site visitation. Share brochures, proposal, and info packs using structured templates. Schedule on-site appointments with sales consultants. Maintain accurate CRM records (status tagging, notes, lead source). Follow up with warm leads regularly to nurture interest and drive conversion. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams for seamless handover. Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs (e.g., appointment rate, response time, sales value).

REQUIRED SKILLS

Good communicator. Punctual and well-disciplined in conduct. Team player with good attitude in covering peers to ensure company's good image is maintained at all time. Responsible and full of integrity dealing with customers, peers and superior. Multi-tasking and willing to take on additional responsibilities. Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, or related field. Minimum

1-2 years

of hands-on experience in funeral, memorial, insurance, or property sales is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.

Mandarin

or dialect speakers are preferred, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
