Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.

• Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.

• Able to meet client to determine design requirement, needs, present design idea & prepare quotation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, developers, and contractors

. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct presentations and consultations to showcase our services and capabilities

• Ensure client satisfaction with review & rating from client.

• Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines and management skill.

• Able to do research on material, design effect, cost and prepare specifications.

• Collaborate with our interior design team to create custom solutions for clients

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

• Weekly report work schedule & progress to top management.

Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture, business, marketing, or a related field \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the interior design or related industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in preparing and negotiating proposals and contracts \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Passion for design and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,916.58 - RM5,408.74 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Interior Design: 3 years (Preferred)
