Requirements

• Minimum High School or Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, hospitality, beauty, or customer service.
• Good communication skills and confident in dealing with people from different backgrounds.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (knowledge of Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
• Well-groomed, professional, and organized, with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to travel occasionally for work or events.
• Passionate about beauty, wellness, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build new business partnerships with hospitals, clinics, travel agencies, and international beauty organizations.
• Support marketing and PR campaigns to promote BeautsGO as a leading Asia-Pacific beauty & medical tourism brand.
• Coordinate partnership agreements, events, and collaborations locally and overseas.
• Represent BeautsGO at beauty expos, medical fairs, and networking events.
• Provide personalized concierge service for overseas clients, including hotel, transport, and clinic arrangements.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and BeautsGO's translator, chauffeur, and hospital teams.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain BeautsGO's premium hospitality standards for every client experience.
