We are looking for a Business Development & Innovation Manager to delight target consumers, build brand portfolios and generate strong brand building results.

A day in the life of...

  • Formulate, implement and review NDG and Starbucks strategy in close collaboration with the key stakeholders from global and zone and in alignment with NDG/Starbucks Global strategies.
  • Develop strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plans leading to outstanding execution. Assist in the development of the MBS.
  • Assess and execute portfolio opportunities across segments (NDG capsules, nespresso capsules, PSC, mixes, R&G, Beans)".
  • To strategise and develop new Route-To-Market (appoint & develop micro distributor/sub agent/VSO/other viable route).
  • Identify and secure opportunities to penetrate into new outlets and channels.
  • Prospecting new business opportunities for NDG and starbucks.
  • Develop and implement machine strategy including business model, distributor management and I&R pipeline.
  • Drive machine\'s marketing plans to drive machine\'s in home penetration.
  • Develop a robust after sales service strategy to ensure full coverage of machine waranty.
  • Innovation & Renovation: Develop and manage sustainable new products development and renovation to meet consumers\' needs in collaboration with I&R Manager.
  • Brand Presence/ Visibility: Ensure effective execution of brand communications for relevant channels to drive brand visibility, awareness and subsequently purchase/ repeat purchase via marketing programs/ activities.
  • Develop clear and inspiring Brand Essence (developed or applied from SBU). Deliver tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within category in a way that contributes to 60/40. Create engaging brand experiences for consumers when and where they are most receptive to brand contacts.
  • Winning with Shoppers/Consumers: Deliver, in collaboration with Category / channel and Customer teams, shopper experiences that delight consumers / shoppers. Accountable to establish the communication and after sales service strategy for NDG and Starbucks to meet business objectives.
  • People Development: Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team
What will make you successful
  • Minimum 6 years\' experience in Marketing and 2 years in other function ideally in Sales at Nestl\xc3\xa9 or equivalent FMCG.
  • Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
