The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
:
Assist in merchant self-registration tasks, including educating merchants on system requirements and guiding them through the onboarding process Review and verify merchant documents to ensure compliance with ShopeeFood's guidelines Monitor social media communications with merchants and promptly respond to their queries Collaborate with Merchant Ops to identify duplicate submissions, enhance submission quality, and minimize rejection rates Support lead generation for the self-registration channel through marketing initiatives and social media engagementRequirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Malay and Chinese Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision, meticulous and careful in verifying merchant documents and processing information Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in handling online queries Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling merchant inquiries
