In this role, you will receive direct guidance on how to build a project or product from scratch (zero to launch), giving you valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of business development.

You will gain practical knowledge in sourcing suppliers, managing project timelines, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with experienced leaders and team members.

Job Responsibilities:

Effectively manage multiple tasks at once (multitasking). Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Plan and monitor project development from start to completion. Identify, engage, and negotiate with suppliers or strategic partners. Develop marketing plans and go-to-market strategies. Track project progress according to timeline and budget. Prepare project presentations and progress reports for management. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support project goals. Coordinate tasks across the team to ensure smooth collaboration. Represent the company in external meetings as needed. Contribute innovative ideas to support business growth.

Working Hours & Mode:

Flexible working hours. Hybrid working arrangement -- some meetings will be held at the office. Must be willing to go on-site to meet suppliers or oversee external tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or business-related roles. Candidates with academic background in

Marketing

or

Business

are preferred. Passionate about learning and building projects from the ground up. Strong communication and coordination skills.
