Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Business Development Manager

fluent in

Malay and English

to join our team in

Malaysia

. The successful candidate will drive business growth by expanding partnerships within the live-streaming ecosystem and strengthening relationships with hosts and agencies in the Malay-speaking market.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to expand MICO WORLD's presence in Malaysia. Identify, recruit, and manage live-streaming hosts and partner agencies. Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure long-term collaboration. Conduct market research and provide insights for business and content strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and performance outcomes.

Qualifications

Fluent in Malay and English

(both written and spoken); understanding

Chinese

is preferred. Minimum

1 year of experience

in the

voice or live-streaming industry

. Strong

network and resources of Malay hosts and agencies

. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
