Business Development Manager/ Associate (based In Seremban)

Job Description
The position is responsible for agency recruitment, developing the agents and meet the assigned KPI. Compliance with Insurance Act 1996, PIAM, Bank Negara guidelines and Ace policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop agents
- To meet the budget allocation and assigned KPI
- Provide technical and administrative support to the agents
- To ensure agents comply with the CBC, 60 days premium and reconciliation of accounts.
- Mediate in problematic claims issues
- To retain business and seek growth in new business
- Supervise and train agency team members
- To perform any other job assigned by supervisor
Skills
- Good communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and verbal
- Negotiation skills
- Relevant computer skills
- At least 5 years in general insurance marketing and/ or operations
- SPM and/or Degree Holder/DMII/ACII/AMII
