The BD manager will play a crucial role in focusing on direct B2B sales and spearheading growth initiatives within the IT hardware product range for business sectors. Reporting directly to the Head of IT, and collaborating closely with local country heads, this position will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:
  • Lead the development and execution of business strategies to increase market presence in the region, focusing on business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee sales and operations across the region, ensuring monthly, quarterly & annual targets are met and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (local corporate & medical industry companies)
  • Drive & improve sales performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and service levels
  • Maintain proactive engagement with local stakeholders for sustainable business growth
  • Lead end to end prospects business industry sales pitching till closure with consultative approach
  • Active listening to bridge the gap between what buyer want and what seller can deliver

  • Bachelor\'s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Services/FMCG/Retail industries
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, team management & project management, and clear communication of organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia), interpersonal skills & strong in strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and drive for results
