Responsible for meeting the sales target in the assigned customer accounts, i.e. RFQ hit rate.
To expand the existing customer base and develop new businesses opportunities, i.e. number of new customers per year.
Lead Tech Group towards meeting Customer Satisfaction KPI
Establish & implement policy and SOP for sustaining Tech group business growth which align with company goals.
Effective and efficient approaches in meeting pre-set business fundamental e.g. qualities, cost, delivery, people management, safety etc
Alert and abreast of the new market, products activities & technology related to the business environment. Accountable for his/her department Profit & Loss.
Contribute towards achieving management and individual objectives.
Responsible for the performance and development of the sales executives.
Responsible for payment collection and work with finance AR team on overdue AR closure
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent with at least 5 years related experience in equipment or manufacturing field.
At least 5 years of managerial work experience, preferably in an equipment assembly, automation or contract manufacturing industry.
Is ethical, self-driven, able to articulate strategies/tactics from opportunities and is result focus. Have good influential, leadership, and project management skills.
Has knowledge in the ISO9001 quality management system.
