Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales and marketing initiatives by identifying new customers and business opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy.
Serve as the primary liaison between NAI and its customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of internal and customer-facing issues.
Maintain a shared client issue checklist accessible to customers and internal departments.
Facilitate regular NAI-client alignment meetings to ensure clear communication and effective resource coordination.
Assign responsibilities based on the client issue checklist and communicate clearly across internal teams and customers to ensure accurate information flow.
Collaborate with quality and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and transactions; oversee handover of sample/test orders to relevant departments and ensure timely shipment.
Track quotation status and proactively collect customer feedback to drive conversion.
Participate in negotiation of formal sales contract terms; draft, revise, and review agreements with customers, ensuring inclusion of all legal considerations and product confidentiality clauses.
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed customers to relevant internal departments for ongoing support.
Prepare annual sales targets and financial budgeting.
Foster a work environment aligned with NAI's core values--promoting open communication, personal and professional growth, and continuous improvement to enable superior customer service.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in
Business Development, Marketing, Engineering
, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years' sales experience
in the manufacturing sector; exposure to
cable assemblies or electronics
is preferred.
Proven ability to
achieve and exceed sales targets
, preferably in a
startup environment

Strong
communication and negotiation skills

Familiarity with the
Malaysian market and local business practices
is essential.
Self-driven, adaptable
