Position Overview:

The

Business Development Manager

plays a key role in expanding Wira Clinic market presence, strengthening client partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and marketing skills to identify opportunities, implement growth initiatives, and enhance the clinic's service offerings.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry, including supervisory, leadership, or managerial responsibilities. Proven experience in business development, marketing strategy, and partnership management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel when required for client engagements, collaborative meetings, and outreach initiatives. Must possess own transport (valid driver's license preferred). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in both digital and offline marketing will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO/SEM strategies, and digital marketing tools.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective business development and marketing strategies to expand clinic services and increase patient volume. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost clinic traffic and sales performance. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and healthcare organizations. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders. Prepare and present business proposals, marketing reports, and performance reviews to management. Collaborate closely with the management team to drive revenue growth and support service expansion. Travelling for business meetings, collaborations, and events is mandatory.
