About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Business Banking

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategy to onboard new customers with Sales Turnover of 10mio and above to the assigned region.
  • Work closely with the respective ASH/ADH, channels and relevant stakeholders to identify and execute on growth opportunities of the region.
  • Provide regular market insights and analysis on market trends to support strategic decision across BB, and to upskill sales staff on such trends. The role involves gathering and analyzing data from a variety of sources and communicating findings to nationwide branches and sales team.
  • Cross-pollinate good practices to BB branch sales on FX market sharing, hedging products, investment products, and other fee-based income products.
  • Instill strong mindset in growing fee income to all BB sales through consistent sharing, and effective engagement to build recurring income base. Drive positive energy and staff morale across BB sales family.
  • Drive BB sales staff\'s adoption of BB persona and thematic initiative. Identify and localize industry focus by branch/area location and execute sub-persona rollout plan.
  • Curate targeted events with Strategic Alliance\'s to develop branding and products offering to potential prospects of the region.
Job Requirements
  • Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starter
  • Good sales and customer relationship management
  • Strong analytical skill in financial account and well-verse in cash flow analysis
  • Require more than 5 years working experience as Relationship Manager with good interpersonal skill, strong drive and leadership skills
