What You'll Do

Identify and pursue B2B growth opportunities, especially in fintech, banking, insurance, and trust sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders Lead and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business goals and drive strategic initiatives Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies Represent CreateWills in meetings, presentations, and events when required

Who We're Looking For

Minimum

5 years of experience

in business development, sales, or relevant financial industry roles Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and a

solution-oriented mindset

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing startup environment Strong understanding of market dynamics in the financial, insurance, or fintech space A

positive attitude, adaptability
