Business Development Manager F&b Division

Job Description
This role responsible to build up the F&B division by growing B2B & B2C consumers with the ready food & beverage products produced from Central Kitchen. This also includes plan out and propose strategy that benefits to the business while execute it at the same time.
- Plan out strategies and implementation for the overall F&B division.
- Work closely with different internal stakeholders for marketing strategy, product development, stock management etc.
- Oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
- Study market trends ans stay alert on changes of the trend to continuously improve in strategies including product selection.
- Coach and guide staff to make sure achieve maximum performance.
- Continuously suggest different operational strategies to maximise performance and productivity.
- Prepare forecast while analyse sales and revenue report to deep dive into improvement of the business.
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in sales related role such as Business development, Retail operation in FMCG/F&B industry.
- Excellent entrepreneur mindset and Problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Willing to travel or relocate as accommodation provided.
